Waterworks Condos

WaterWorks Toronto is a new condo development by MOD Developments Inc. and Woodcliffe Landmark Properties currently in preconstruction at 505 Richmond Street West, Toronto. The development is scheduled for completion in 2021.  WaterWorks Toronto has a total of 299 units. Sizes range from 477 to 1413 square feet.



WaterWorks Condos Summary
This project is a mid-rise mixed-use residential condominium development set to touchdown at 505 Richmond Street West in the Fashion District neighbourhood of Toronto. Currently in the pre-construction phase, this “U” shaped structure will rest above the historic City Water Works Building. It’s architecture is carefully curated with materials and finishes that are guided by compatibility, connectivity and contemporary urbanity. WaterWorks Condos completion date is tentatively set for January 2020.

This building will stand 13 storeys with 290 charmingly designed suites, that vary in dimensions, starting from 491-sq-ft.- 1,007-sq-ft.
