Valera Condos is a New Condo development by ADI located at Thomas Alton and Valera , Burlington.

ADI Development Group presents a collection of towns and condo mid-rises to the town of Burlington.The proposed mixed-use development designed by Core Architects and ICON Architects will be completed in two phases.

The first phase will consist of a townhome development and thereafter, the 8 and 10-storey condominiums will be completed. The two buildings will be connected by a 3-storey podium with commercial space at ground level and amenity space located on the third floor. Expect approximately 1,445 sq ft of amenity space that will feature an outdoor pool and spacious terrace.

Condo Project Summary

Valera is a pre-construction development from Adi Development Group headed to Burlington. The project that will include both townhomes and condo mid-rises was designed by CORE Architects and ICON Architects Inc.

With its stunning waterfront in its downtown, the area is proving that downtown toronto is not the only urban, scenic Ontario centre — making it perfect for investors.

Amenities

This expansive development will house 414 units, which will be comprised of a variety of residence types.

The project will come in two phases, the first being a community of townhomes. Of the units, 70 will be townhomes; these will include 14 townhouses, 30 standard townhouse units, and 26 back-to-back stacked townhouse units. The townhome structures will stand three to four storeys tall. While 56 of these townhomes will be accessible by a private road, the remaining will front onto Valera Road as freehold townhomes.

The remaining 344 units will be built as a part of the second phase — condo suites in a pair of 10 and 8 storey mid-rise buildings. These proposed structures will be connected by a 3-storey podium. The commercial space on the ground floor will span 1,445 square feet.

The third floor of this podium is proposed to be home to the development’s indoor amenity space. This floor is also expected to include outdoor amenity space such as an outdoor swimming pool and terrace, perfect for summer day activities.

The wide variety of unit types — and commercial options — available at this development, means that there will truly be something for everyone. Whether you’re a business professional wanting to live outside the city core or a young couple looking to grow a family, there are condos and townhome units to serve both lifestyles.
