Universal City 3 Condos Summary
This new condo development by Chestnut Hill Developments is coming to the thriving neighbourhood of Bay Ridges in Pickering, at 1474 Bayly Street, just east of Liverpool Road. Universal City 3 Condos has an occupancy date of February 2023.
This development will reside close to the waterfront and will be located near a new entertainment centre known as DLive.
