Tretti Condos Summary
This park-filled project involves a mixture of rental and market-rate condominiums just steps from Wilson Station and joins a dynamic development zone that takes advantage of the area’s enviable transit access. Tretti Condos is a multi-tower pre-construction project proposed by Collecdev for Toronto’s Wilson Heights neighbourhood.

Situated just a block east of Wilson Subway Station, this site will eventually be home to two buildings – standing 13 and 14 storeys – with a combined unit count of 521 suites. The occupancy date for this project has yet to be scheduled.

Amenities
Building A, on the site’s north portion, is proposed as a 13-storey structure with a gently curving form that mirrors the trajectory of Allen Road. Designed by boutique firm gh3, the building will feature three wings extending eastward of 10, 10 and seven storeys. It’s proposed for356 units with a mix of one, one-bedroom-den and two-bedroom layouts.

8,298 square feet of indoor amenity space will be included, along with 4,510 square feet of grade-level outdoor amenity space and a 3,950 square-foot rooftop terrace. An additional 5,123 square feet of community space is proposed for this building.

Meanwhile, building B, on the site’s south portion will feature 165 rental units. The buildings will share an underground garage with 463 vehicle spaces and 522 bicycle spaces, as well as a large public greenspace between the two structures.

The developers have proposed an enhanced pedestrian walkway for the site at 30 Tippett Road, which will run parallel to Allen Road and eventually connect to Wilson station.

Location & Neighbourhood
This proposal joins one of several projects in the burgeoning Wilson Heights neighbourhood of North York, including two that were recently completed and four currently under construction. They’re part of a bigger plan seeking to densify the immediate area around the station. If all the active proposal get approved, the area has the potential to add thousands of new residential units to the neighbourhood.

Just west of the site at 30 Tippett Road is a growing commercial district, featuring a variety of restaurants and big-brand retailers, making it convenient for you to access all your day-to-day needs.

This building has a perfect 92 on its Transit Score. From the station, it’s a quick twenty-minute ride into the downtown core and thanks to the newly-extended subway line, many other major destinations are minutes away, including York University and the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre.
