Tower III Crosstown Summary
A third tower is coming to the vibrant Crosstown master-planned community. This tower will make a great addition to the complex and will follow the first two towers with a modern architectural design.

Tower III at Crosstown is high-rise condominium by Aspen Ridge Homes in North York. This pre-construction project is located at 844 Don Mills Rd, in the north-west corner of Don Mills and Eglinton Ave E just minutes from the future Eglinton Crosstown LRT.
Crosstown Tower 3 is expected to have 372 residential units ranging from one to three bedrooms and will follow its predecessors with many unique amenities.

Tower III Crosstown is expected to sit on the east-side of the complex next to the first two towers. This development will rise 34-storeys and is expected to hold 372 modern residential units.

Based on the first two buildings, we can expect these suites to come in a wide range of floor plans with open concept layouts and modern interiors to suit anyone, no matter their lifestyle.

Designed by Hariri Pontarini and Core Architects, this tower will follow a similar architectural design from the first towers. The tower will have a slender frame and black metal framing spread horizontally across each level to create a unique pattern throughout the entire building. We can also expect this tower to offer similar amenities as the first two towers.

Some of the amenities we can expect this building to provide are a bar terrace and bar lounge, games room, private kitchen and dining room, outdoor terrace and state-of-the-art fitness centre. We can also expect the interiors of the units to feature contemporary kitchen designs, a terrace/balcony and bright, spacious interiors with large windows to bring in the most natural light.

Location & Neighborhood
Tower III Crosstown will sit in a large, 60-acre master-planned community with over 4,000 residential units comprising a mix of condominiums and urban townhomes. There will also be over 60-million square feet of office space and 120,000-square feet of retail space. The complex will also hold a 6-acre public park and a recreational centre that will house a hockey arena, indoor basketball court and an indoor swimming pool.
