This new condo project is a proposed mid-rise mixed-use development being constructed by Fieldgate Homes. The former location of the neighbourhood’s Beer Store, this will be a completely fresh building on the busy corner of Dundas and Ossington. 1200 Dundas Street West Condos will be located in the Dufferin Grove neighbourhood, which is characterised by its trendy restaurants and bars, as well as the beautiful park of the same name.
