The Saint Condos Summary
A luxury residence is on its way to the bustling intersection of Church Street and Adelaide Street East in the form of a massive skyscraper. The Saint Condos will be a mixed-use 45-storey tower with 407 residential suites in the heart of Downtown Toronto.

The development is being proposed by reputable developer Minto Group and will be located at 89 Church Street. This tower is in the pre-construction phase and the occupancy date is still to be determined.

The Saint Condo building will have a mix of one to three bedrooms suites, perfect for young professionals and families that work in the city. Most of these units will have access to private balconies to overlook the city.

Amenities
This incredible skyscraper will have a sleek design with a dark stone facade, reflective glass windows, a glass balcony and sharp lines that will extend both outwards and inwards to give it dimension. Investors and residents can expect 407 residential suites with a mix of one to three bedrooms, including:

The tower will sit on a 7-storey podium that will hold most of the amenities and retail space. There will be over 13,000 square-feet of indoor amenity space and over 3,800 square-feet of outdoor amenities.

There will also be over 1,500 square-feet of retail space on the ground floor. Some of the amenities in the building will include a fitness centre, yoga studio, media room, library, family/kids play room, party room and an outdoor terrace located on the top of the sixth floor podium and another one on the top of the forty-fifth floor.

Location & Neighborhood
What makes The Saint Condo so incredible, are the amount of local amenities just outside of the door. This location offers a perfect 100 on its Transit Score and a Walk Score of 99, making it a perfect place to invest. Residents will have access to many bus routes, bike shares and car shares located both on the street and around it. Additionally, Line 1 – Queen Station is a quick 3 minute walk away.
