The Nest Condos

The Nest Condos is a new preconstruction condo development by The Rockport Group located at  St. Clair Ave West in Toronto (subtitled Residences Of Hillcrest Village). The Nest Condos will be 9 storeys with a total of 122 condo units. Estimated completion is set for Spring 2016.

The terraced, mid-rise "Avenues style" building is a project by three firms: developer The Rockport Group, with II by IV Design Associates on the interiors and RAW on the architectural design.
