All outlets to be complete with finished jacks. (location determined by VENDOR).
  • Laundry area to have a laundry mate connection box for easy hook up of washer with drain and shut offs, outside venting sleeve for dryer vent and laundry tub.

GENERAL

  • All staircases to be Oak with Oak stringers, railings and pickets. Oak nosing under all pickets and railings. Oak stairs, nosing, railings, posts etc shall be stained to match hardwood floor.
  • Pre-finished 3 - 1/4" x 3/4" Oak hardwood flooring available in 6 colours in the living room, dining room, and great room (as per model selected) from VENDOR's standard samples.
  • Your choice of imported porcelain or ceramic tiles to all tiled areas (as per applicable plan) from VENDOR's standard samples.
  • Interior walls (excluding garage) decorated in flat latex paint with one coat primer and two finish coats; kitchen, laundry and bathrooms in semi-gloss, one coat primer and two finish coats (from VENDOR's standard samples).
  • Smooth paint finish to ceilings in kitchen/breakfast area, bathrooms and laundry room only (where applicable). All other areas to have sprayed stippled ceilings with a perimeter decorative border.
  • Luxurious interior finished trim work includes:
Two panel smooth finished interior doors (8'0" tall doors on the main floor and 6'8" on ground and third floors) complete with satin nickel lever and hinges.
Decorative 3" wide casing with integrated back band.
