GENERAL

(1) It is currently intended that the Condominium will include 20 Visitor Parking Spaces to be used exclusively by visitors of residents as more particularly set out in the Disclosure Statement accompanying this Agreement. We refer you to the said Disclosure Statement which provides that the Visitor Parking Spaces are separate and apart from the contemplated 100 Commercial Parking Units which will be owned by the Old Mill Restaurant for use by its patrons which will be located on Level A and Level B of the Condominium.

(2) The building will include a gas spine service. Purchasers who wish to have gas appliances or where applicable gas service to terraces or wish to have a gas fireplace, shall have the option for an additional charge to connect to the building spine service in order to obtain such individual gas service. Such gas supply will be separately metered and charged directly to the unit owner. Please note that even if a gas fireplace is shown on the plan, this will only be included in the unit if the Purchaser opts to purchase same for an additional charge as noted above
