A beautiful display of luxury dwellings is coming to the rapidly expanding City of Burlington.

Realm Condominiums is a new high-rise condo and townhome development by ADI Development Group in Burlington. This pre-construction project is located at 4853 Thomas Alton Road near intersection of Appleby Line and Dundas Street.

This enclave of 612 residential units should be broken down by a shared-podium two-tower condominium, 21 standard townhomes and 150 stacked townhouses. This development is the perfect recipe for a successful real estate investment.

Amenities

Realm Condominiums will occupy space just steps west of Appleby Line on Thomas Alton Road. The condo will sit at the corner of Thomas Alton and Palladium Way, offering thoughtful designs to fit individual needs and styles. Units will be available in 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom layouts throughout the different styles of homes.

The condo buildings will hold 441 condo units ranging in sizes from 446 sq.ft to 1,163 sqft with two contemporary 16-storey towers connected by a 5-storey base podium; for a total of 21 storeys. Under the building will sit three levels of underground parking for the residents, and one level of underground parking for the stacked condo units. The proposed towers are expected to frame the majority of the Palladium Way frontage with a continuous street wall before wrapping around the northeast corner – where the second of the two towers is located.

The townhouses will consist of 21 standard townhouse units and 150 stacked townhouse units. The standard townhouses will rise 3-storeys and will face an inner street that includes 6-metre deep, lush rear yards. This row of townhouses presents a flanking condition to both Thomas Alton and Palladium Way. The Back-to-Back townhouses will provide an alternative, improved streetscape, with multiple residential front doors, however they will not feature driveways as a result of the proposed underground parking.

Location & Neighbourhood

Realm Condominiums will be located in Uptown Burlington, a family-friendly, centralized suburban neighbourhood. This area is rich with shopping centres, restaurants, schools, parks, and an abundance of scenic vistas.

From its stunning waterfront location to UNESCO world biosphere reserve Niagara Escarpment, to its many parks and trails, community centres, to dining and shopping, it offers a perfect mix of city and nature.

Travelling in and around the city is made easy with a wide range of convenient transportation options. Appleby GO station and Regional bus stops are within walking distance from Realm Condominiums. Additionally, the 407 Express Toll Route is just a couple blocks from this site, connecting commuters to the surrounding cities and to the downtown Toronto core in as little as 40 minutes.

Urban amenities can be found in walking distance from this location or just a few minutes away by car. Retail and grocery stores include the North SmartCentres where one can find an LA Fitness, Shoppers Drug Mart, Golf Town, BMO, Boston Pizza, just to name a few.
