IQ Condos is the Remington Group’s new luxury-green development at Islington and Queensway. This multi-building development will be the first part of a master planed community that is expected to feature up to seven buildings ranging from 20 to 27 storeys.

The first building – which will be a two tower development with lowrise residential connecting them – is expected to be a strong project, mostly due to its price and location and its unique steel/glass look.

IQ Condos will give buyers the opportunity to live steps from the TTC, at the corner of the Queensway and Islington.

Note: This project is on hold due to market conditions. Sales and marketing are expected to begin Feb 2011. Schedules for Design, Sub trade tenders and construction are undetermined.
