Hillmont At SXSW Condos are part of SXSW’s ‘Building B design, and are the second phase in this master-planned community. Both towers will be joined by a 3 storey podium, where tower 3 will rise 33-storeys and tower 4 will be 22 storeys high. The condos will have a combined total of 450 units, tower 3 will feature 272 and tower 4 will feature 178 units.

We can expect the complex to feature one-bedroom, one-bedroom + den, two-bedroom as well as two-bedroom + den units that range in size between 579 and 1,242 square feet.

Towers 3 + 4 will share an underground garage with the rest of the community. This below-grade, five-level underground parking garage contains 898 residential parking spaces, 170 visitor parking spaces, and 30 surface parking spaces for a total of 1,098 spaces. Most of the parking will be underground to keep in line with the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre guidelines that parking should be located below grade.

The garage will also feature 599 bicycle parking spaces divided between the five floors. Hiding the parking underground allows for an approximately 2,000 square metre community space to be positioned in the centre of the site. This space will be landscaped using trees, shrubs and vegetation, the community space is meant to complement the Humber River valley lands to the west of the development.
