Boulevard At The Thornhill is a new mid-rise condominium development in Thornhill. This pre-construction project by The Daniels Corporation and Baif Developments will be located at 2 Beverley Glen Boulevard at Bathurst Street and Beverley Glen Boulevard in The Thornhill community.
The project consists of two lavish mid-rise towers rising 12 storeys and 6-storeys high.
Boulevard AT The Thornhill will be joining the master-planned development currently underway at The Thornhill. This most recent development will be the final chapter of the residential community.
The complex will consist of two differing towers; a 12-storey condo holding 158 units and a 6-storey condo holding 115 units. The towers will stem from a joint one-storey podium and branch off to their respective heights. Both condos will include family-sized suites ranging from one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom layouts.
Both towers will feature modern open-concept floor plans, expansive balconies and terraces and share a full-service common lobby. The taller building will display landscaped terraces on its setbacks located on levels 5,7,9,11 and 12, and the 6-storey building will feature a patio on the first floor; both condos will house green roofs.
We can expect the condos to feature large floor-to-ceiling windows and glass balconies to add to the modern design of the development.
