Four Hundred King West Condos is a 47-storey luxury condominium by Plaza in Toronto. This pre-construction project is located at 400 King West just west of the vibrant Spadina Avenue in Entertainment Districts.

The tower will be a singular, rectangular-shaped structure, designed with vertical cladding in both dark and light tones for a contemporary and distinctive feel.

Entertainment District Condominiums in Toronto are part of an exciting and dynamic neighbourhood. As part of the city’s downtown “urban growth centre,” it’s a neighbourhood where density and infrastructure is expected to increase, creating even more of a vibrant and connected hub.
